TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through shop.boleynart.co.uk (“the Shop”).

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products

All products are handmade glass jewellery. Due to the handmade process, each item may vary slightly in shape, colour, or pattern. Custom or bespoke orders may require additional processing time.

Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£).

  • Prices include free UK delivery unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment is taken securely at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only*.

  • Orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

  • Processing time: typically 1-3 working days, unless stated otherwise.

  • Delivery time: normally 2–5 working days after dispatch.

You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

*If you would like to place an order to be delivered outside the UK, please get in touch and we will see if we are able to.

Returns & Refunds (Change of Mind)

Under UK Consumer Contract Regulations:

  • You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

  • You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

  • Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility (unless the item is faulty).

  • Refunds are issued once the item is returned in its original condition.

Earrings: We accept returns as long as the earrings are returned unworn; however we do sterilise them on return.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty within a reasonable period:

  • Contact us as soon as possible

  • You may request a replacement, repair, or refund

Jewellery is checked carefully before shipping, but occasionally faults can occur (e.g., pendant bail coming loose or a faulty clasp). We will repair or replace wherever possible.

Custom/Bespoke Orders

Custom-made or personalised items are exempt from “change of mind” returns unless faulty.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us.

Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by Royal Mail

  • Misuse, accidents, or wear-and-tear damage

  • Allergic reactions (materials are fully described on product pages; if you have sensitivities, please check before ordering)

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Shipping

  • Free UK shipping on all orders

  • Orders are posted via Royal Mail

  • Dispatch time: 1–3 working days

  • Delivery time: usually 2–5 working days

You’ll receive an email when your order is on its way.

Returns (Change of Mind)

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

To start a return, please email [email protected] with your order number.

Earrings

Returns are accepted as long as earrings are unopened/unused (they will be sterilised upon return).

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault:

  • Email us as soon as possible

  • Attach a photo if helpful

  • We will repair, replace, or refund the item

  • If the bail comes off a pendant, we’ll repair it free of charge

Custom Orders

Custom-made jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is faulty.

COMPLAINTS & CUSTOMER SERVICE

We want you to be happy with your jewellery and your experience shopping with us.

If you have any concerns, complaints, or questions:

Please email [email protected] with your order number as reference.

We aim to respond within 3 working days and resolve all issues as quickly as possible.

If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, we will provide information on alternative dispute resolution (ADR) options.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS

All jewellery is handmade and checked thoroughly before dispatch.

We offer a 30-day workmanship guarantee, covering:

  • Pendant bails coming loose

  • Components detaching due to adhesive failure

  • Unexpected breakage not caused by misuse

If an issue occurs within this period:

  • We will repair or replace the item free of charge

  • You may need to return it so we can assess the fault

After 30 days, repairs may still be available at a small cost - please email with details and a photo.

Normal wear and tear is not covered.
